The SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter is a professional high-performance level transmitter specially designed for continuous liquid level measurement in extreme industrial conditions. Built with a ceramic-sealed process connection, this instrument ensures safe, stable and long-lasting operation in high-temperature, high-pressure environments such as steam boilers, steam drums and toxic media including liquid ammonia. Even in high-pressure gas-phase, foam, fluctuating medium or saturated steam conditions, the SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter maintains accurate and reliable level readings without interference.
The SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter is an industrial grade guided wave radar transmitter dedicated to harsh working conditions. It adopts professional steam compensation algorithm and structure design to solve measurement errors caused by saturated steam, temperature variation and pressure fluctuation. With its ceramic-sealed process connection, it withstands ultra-high pressure and extreme temperature, making it the preferred level measurement solution for critical equipment like steam drums, hydrolyzers, heaters and condensers.
The SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter uses high-frequency guided wave radar technology combined with dedicated steam compensation algorithm. It automatically corrects measurement deviations caused by steam, temperature and pressure changes, ensuring high precision in complex working conditions.
The SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter uses high-frequency guided wave radar technology combined with dedicated steam compensation algorithm. It automatically corrects measurement deviations caused by steam, temperature and pressure changes, ensuring high precision in complex working conditions.
The SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter keeps high accuracy even in saturated steam, high temperature, high pressure and fluctuating media, unaffected by foam, dust or gas-phase changes.
Equipped with a clear LCD display, the meter supports fast on-site commissioning, parameter setting, real-time reading and fault diagnosis, reducing maintenance difficulty and cost.
The advanced multi-echo tracking function enhances anti-interference ability, identifies real level signals accurately and avoids false echoes from tank walls, internals and obstacles.
Developed in accordance with IEC 61508, the SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter reaches SIL3 safety integrity level, ensuring safe operation in critical and hazardous industrial applications.
The ceramic sealing structure provides outstanding pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and stability, suitable for long-term use in toxic, corrosive and high-temperature media.

The SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter is widely used in extreme conditions across multiple industries:
•Steam drums, heaters, condensers and saturated steam environments
• Hydrolyzers, reactors and high-pressure process vessels
• Water tanks, acid & alkali tanks, slurry tanks and small oil tanks
• Coal bins, ash bins, corrosive and toxic medium storage tanks
• Chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, thermal power and food industries
For best performance of the SLDL5525 steam compensated guided wave radar level meter, follow these installation rules:
1.Install away from tank inlet and outlet ports to avoid interference.
2. Keep the probe from touching the tank wall; avoid center mounting in metal tanks.
3. Recommended position: 1/4 of the tank diameter; at least 30 mm from the tank wall.
4. Maintain about 30 mm between the probe bottom and tank bottom.
5. Keep at least 200 mm clearance between probe and internal obstacles.
6. For conical bottom tanks, mounting at the top center is allowed.
