The SLDL5522 corrosion‑resistant guided wave radar level meter is a contact‑type level transmitter based on the time‑of‑flight principle. It is specially designed for continuous level measurement of liquids, slurries and granular materials, especially ideal for strong corrosive media, sterile containers and hygienic liquids. This SLDL5522 corrosion‑resistant guided wave radar level meter ensures accurate and stable readings even in complex working conditions with false echoes.

Working Principle of the SLDL5522 Corrosion‑Resistant Guided Wave Radar Level Meter

The SLDL5522 corrosion‑resistant guided wave radar level meter emits high‑frequency pulses that travel along the cable or rod probe at the speed of light. When the pulses reach the medium surface, they reflect back to the receiver. The microprocessor processes the signal and identifies the correct echo. The distance to the medium is proportional to the pulse travel time. After setting empty tank height, full tank height and application parameters, the SLDL5522 corrosion‑resistant guided wave radar level meter automatically adapts to the environment and provides a standard 4–20mA output.
