Coaxial Probe Guided Wave Radar

Coaxial probe guided wave radar level meter for high precision liquid level measurement

We are proud to introduce our advanced coaxial probe guided wave radar, a state‑of‑the‑art level measurement device that delivers accurate and reliable readings. This coaxial probe guided wave radar is engineered to maximize performance while ensuring safety and stability in all process conditions.

Working Principle of the Coaxial Probe Guided Wave Radar

The coaxial probe guided wave radar transmits high‑frequency microwave pulses along the probe (cable or rod). When pulses encounter the medium, a sudden change in dielectric constant causes reflection. The time interval between transmitted and reflected pulses is proportional to the distance to the medium surface, ensuring precise level calculation.

Reliable measurement is guaranteed only when the material is between the upper and lower blind zones.

Product Series of the Coaxial Probe Guided Wave Radar

Our coaxial probe guided wave radar series includes:

SLDL5521 Standard, SLDL5522 Corrosion‑Resistant, SLDL5523 Coaxial, SLDL5524 High‑Temperature, SLDL5525 Steam Compensated, and SLDL5526 Dual‑Cable types.

The SLDL5525 with steam compensation corrects saturated steam interference, ideal for high‑temperature and high‑pressure applications such as steam drums and condensers.

Key Features of the Coaxial Probe Guided Wave Radar

Advanced Measurement Performance

The coaxial probe guided wave radar uses cutting‑edge guided wave radar technology for high accuracy. The coaxial structure enables zero blind‑zone measurement and stronger echo signals.

Strong Anti‑Interference Ability

FlexScan echo processing makes the coaxial probe guided wave radar immune to foam, steam, powder, and material buildup. Measurement is unaffected by density, dielectric constant, pressure, temperature, or vessel shape.

Easy Commissioning & Operation

The coaxial probe guided wave radar allows quick setup without filling or emptying the tank. It supports multi‑language display and visual echo analysis for easy maintenance.

Rich Communication Interfaces

The coaxial probe guided wave radar supports HART, Modbus, Profibus PA, Foundation Fieldbus, GPRS/CDMA remote, and Bluetooth.
