The transmitter of the FLT9S10V Microwave Flow Switch emits microwave signals; when the microwave is blocked by an object, the receiver outputs an alarm signal. Harsh working conditions may cause sensor surface contamination, such as paper scraps and other material attachments. Thanks to the strong penetration of microwaves, the FLT9S10V Microwave Flow Switch can easily penetrate these contaminants to complete measurements. Therefore, the FLT9S10V Microwave Flow Switch is effectively used for flow monitoring of waste materials, ores, powders, particles, asphalt and other media, especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as electric arc furnaces and dry quenching.
The FLT9S10V Microwave Flow Switch is equipped with 16 independent channels that work in parallel without mutual interference, ensuring stable and reliable detection performance even in complex multi-point monitoring scenarios.
The transmission frequency of the FLT9S10V Microwave Flow Switch has extremely strong penetration, which is not affected by hanging materials, surface buildup, suspended particles, or steam.
